I love porridge and I love matcha, why not combine both \o/ ?
(Note: tsp = petite cuillère, ~ 5ml. Tbsp = grande cuillère, ~ 15ml)
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 120g soft tofu
- 1 cup Oat flakes
- 1/2 cup Einkorn flakes
- Almond milk
- Honey (or agave sirop)
- Almond flakes
- Goji berries
On medium heat, combine flakes with almond milk and matcha, add soft tofu and mix them all gently. Put out of fire when the porridge is on the wanted consistency.
Wait until under 40° to add honey.
Decorate with goji berries, Almond flakes and pollen. Feel free to add fruits and toppings.
