Healthy Sugar and fat Free Granola

I have shared this recipe last week on my instagram story (M_Frehley), and I thought it was time to publish it on the blog 🙂

My Husband and Son are both granola & porridge lovers. And the recipe I will share today is validated by both of them, and god knows how difficult and hard to please they can be lol.

I don’t mesure the ingredients, and they also vary depending of what I have at home at that moments. Feel free to add or change the nuts list below.

Don’t hesitate to tag me when you try this recipe, and share the love ❤

Bake the granola until it’s lightly golden, then mix the ingredients every 10mins until the golden color is homogeneous.

The granola will continue to crisps up as it cools

Let the granola cool completely before adding chocolate chips or dried fruits (mango, pineapple, banana…)

Store the granola in an airtight container for up to 3weeks. It can be freezed up to 3 months

Tadaaaa ! congrtulation, you have prepared an epic, delicious Granula, with no added artificial flavors, nor sugar and staturated fat 🙂

Let me know if you try the recipe, sharing is caring ❤
