Healthy easy Brownie

The easiest brownie I have ever done. Also the healthiest, that can fit most diets macros.

Gluten free, can be sugar free and fat free ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐Ÿคญ yep, you read me right ๐Ÿ˜Ž won’t hold you longer, here you go,

Ingredients:

  • 250g canned red beans
  • 40g oat flakes
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Sweetener (stevia or agave syrup)
  • 2 white eggs
  • 5g baking powder

How-To

Preheat the oven at 180*.

Mix all ingredients using a mixer, and pour them on the mold of your choice

20-30mins at 180*

Let it cool and serve !
