The easiest brownie I have ever done. Also the healthiest, that can fit most diets macros.
Gluten free, can be sugar free and fat free 😮 🤭 yep, you read me right 😎 won’t hold you longer, here you go,
- 250g canned red beans
- 40g oat flakes
- 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sweetener (stevia or agave syrup)
- 2 white eggs
- 5g baking powder
Preheat the oven at 180*.
Mix all ingredients using a mixer, and pour them on the mold of your choice
20-30mins at 180*
Let it cool and serve !
