Azuki porridge

Japanese red beans porridge, because why not 😀 !

Porridge:

  • 1 cup Azuki flakes
  • 1/2 cup Oat flakes
  • Almond milk
  • Honey (or agave sirop)

Optional

  • Almond flakes
  • Goji berries
  • pollen

 

How-To

On medium heat, combine flakes with almond milk, mix them all gently. Put out of fire when the porridge is on the wanted consistency.

Wait until under 40° to add honey.

Decorate with goji berries, Almond flakes and pollen. Feel free to add fruits and toppings.
